This membership website "Test Navi" (https://www.test-navi.com) (including the Product Registration Membership website) (this "Website") is managed by ESPEC CORP. ("Company"). Please read the following terms and conditions before you use this Website, and use this Website only when you agree to these terms and conditions. As these terms and conditions may be changed without advance notice, please stay informed of the latest version.

Test Navi Member

1. A Test Navi Member (“Member”) means an individual who applies for membership registration (including the registration for the Product Registration Membership) in accordance with the procedure prescribed by the Company and is approved by the Company for the registration.
2. No membership registration in the name of an organization such as a corporation, or its department or division will be approved.
3. Any application for membership registration filed by an individual associated or affiliated with a company in the same industry as the Company will be declined.
4. Any individual who desires to be registered as a Member (“Applicant”) is required to register certain information on him/her with accuracy in the membership application procedure set forth in the paragraph 1.
5. If an Applicant or a Member falls under any of the following circumstances, the Company may refuse membership registration or remove his/her membership registration:
   (1) when he/she does not exist;
   (2) when he/she is associated or affiliated with a company in the same industry as the Company;
   (3) when there is any false entry in his/her registration;
   (4) when he/she has been removed from the membership due to, among others, violation of any terms and conditions of these terms and conditions in
        the past; or
   (5) when the Company otherwise deems it inappropriate to grant him/her membership of this Website.
6. A Member may withdraw from the membership at any time by taking the procedure proscribed by the Company.

Management of ID and Password

1. A Member shall take full responsibility for management and use of ID and password. A Member shall be solely responsible for, and the Company shall not be in any way responsible for, any inappropriate management of, any misuse of, or any use by a third party of, his/her ID and password.
2. A Member shall not assign, change the name of, or lend, his/her ID and password to any third party.

Copyrights, Trademarks or other Rights

1. Copyrights or any other rights in or to the documents, images, designs, trademarks, logos and other contents of this Website belong to the Company, or their author or other right holder. Unless permitted by copyright law or any applicable laws, any acts to copy, transmit, distribute, modify or cut off the contents without the permission of the Company or their author or other right holder are prohibited. If you would like to use the contents, please contact the Company and obtain the written approval in advance. Please note that there may be the cases where you cannot obtain the approval due to the situation and the like.
